The EU electricity and gas markets were liberalized in the year 2000. Since then, every private household has been able to freely choose its own energy provider — just as one can decide which mobile phone operator to sign a contract with.

As a result, numerous private electricity and gas suppliers have emerged across the EU. Many of these companies outsource their customer service operations to third-party providers, known as BPOs (Business Process Outsourcing).

For more than 12 years, we have been operating customer service centers in Palma de Mallorca (Spain), Istanbul and Antalya (Turkey), Bucharest (Romania), and Sofia (Bulgaria).

All offices are managed by a German leadership team. We provide customer support services for electricity and gas suppliers in various EU countries.

We have recently opened another customer service office in Alexandria, Egypt.
To further expand our operations in Alexandria, we are looking for motivated team members who speak German fluently at level B2 or C1.
